James J. Chen, founder of ItsLean
The intelligent lean tools were originally developed during 8 yeas of professional lean leadership by the founder of ItsLean, James J. Chen. In 1996, James graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University as a bachelor of mechanical engineering, then started his formal career.
After years of service of R&D, project management, production management, since 2003, James has been working as a full-time lean enterprise leader in multi-national companies of different industries. Like most lean practioners in the world, James started his lean journey from manufacturing, then extended to supply chain, sales & marketing, office, finance, Innovation, supplier development, etc.

Albert Lee, Chief Information Officer
Albert Lee graduated from the California Institute of Technology and has over 10 years of web development experience with leading technology companies such as Oracle and AOL. He has held a number of senior positions as a software engineer and technical lead where he coordinated over 25 engineers to spearhead the creation and development of AOL Alerts. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for creative problem solving, analytical decision making, and maximizing the team’s strengths.
