    Value stream map, process map and spaghetti map are very important and most commonly used tools in Lean Enterprise. It visualizes value-added as well non-value-added processes throughout business system:
    1. Value Stream Map - A simple diagram of every step involved in the material and information flows needed to bring a product from order to delivery. Value stream maps can be drawn for different points in time as a way to raise consciousness of opportunities for improvement.
    2. Process Map(Flow Map) - A diagram that shows step-by-step progression through a procedure or system using connecting lines and a set of conventional symbols.
    3. Spaghetti Map - A diagram of the path taken by a product as it travels through the steps along a value stream. So called because in a mass production organization the product's route often looks like a plate of spaghetti.
    4. Transformation Plan - Unless you achieve the future state that you have drawn  - and achieve parts of it within a short period of time - your maps are nearly worthless. Your future state map shows where you want to go. Now you need to create one more sheet: a plan. The plan presents:
        * exactly what you plan to do by when, step-by-step;
        * measurable goals;
        * clear checkpoints with real deadlines and named reviewer(s).

    The Program is a great tool for creating, presenting and filing lean maps and transformation plan sheet with minimum man-hours without sacrificing quality. For example, automatic generation of time ladder for value stream map, automatic arrow connection of processes. There are quite a number of conveniences integrated in the Program for you to save time spent on formatting cells, calculating PLT/PCT or moving distances, etc. Either you are new or experienced lean practitioner, we believe this will be an excellent tool to help deliver your job better and faster.

Transportation & Movement Distance:
1. Automatic capture and adjustment of spaghetti arrows with defining material transportation, labor movement or not relevant distances;
2. Automatic calculation of total material transportation and labor movement distance presented in the spaghetti map.
 

Update Transformation Plan:
1. Automatic generation or update of on transformation plan action list aligning with Kaizen lightening burst on the maps;
2. Automatic recognize of Kaizen lightening burst on the maps aligning with action list of transformation plan.

Transformation Plan Sheet Display Option:
1. Quick hide or unhide the columns by simply clicking on the sheet head columns setup banner according to your needs. 


 

Time Schedule:
1. Automatic generation and update of the graphs of proposed start, proposed complete, proposed review, actual start, actual complete and actual review dates using standard icons, by simply scrolling the today bar.
